Configure to use POP3

| Step 1: Tools > Accounts... |
| After launching Outlook Express, select Tools from the program menu and select the Accounts... option from this menu. |

| Step 2: Add Mail Account |
| The Internet Accounts window will open.
Press the Add button. This should open another menu to the right. Select Mail... from this menu. |

| Step 3: Display Name |
| Type in the name of the person this account will be for. This name will be displayed on outgoing messages.
Press Next. |

| Step 4: E-mail address |
| Type in the Email Address for this account.
Press Next. |

| Step 5: E-mail Server Names |
| Select POP as the type of incoming mail server.
Type in the name of your Incoming mail server.
Type in the name of your Outgoing mail server.
Your incoming and outgoing server names should be provided to you by your service provider.
Press Next. |

| Step 6: Internet Mail Logon |
| Type in your full e-mail address into the Account name field.
Type in your Password. You may choose to have Outlook Express remember your password by checking the Remember password box, so that you would not have to enter your password every time you connect.
Press Next. |

| Step 7: Finish |
| To complete the setup process of your new account, press Finish. |

| Step 8: Additional Configuration |
| (For Users who Signed Up for E-mail Service After April 20, 2005) |
| You should now see your newly created account listed under Mail tab.
Select your new account by double-clicking on it. |

| Step 9: Properties |
| The Properties window will open up.
Select the Servers tab. |

| Step 10: Servers |
| Under the Servers tab, check the My server requires authentication box under the Outgoing Mail Server area at the bottom.
To save your settings, press OK. |
