| Auto Blind Carbon Copy is used in email messages when the sender wants a copy of a message to be sent to another recipient without letting the other recipients know about it. Simplicato’s System allows the Account Administrator to set Auto BCC for incoming and outgoing email for each individual email account. The end user does not need to know who is included on the BCC. AutoBCC can be set for incoming only, outgoing only, or for both.
BCC can be used to copy email messages to another email account to make a record of users’ email activities. The BCC address can be any valid email address on the Internet.
