Bloomberg Email and Instant Messenger Archiving
Bloomberg provides to its customers Instance messaging and Mail services to communicate between its customers and outside email addresses.
Instance Bloomberg is a closed communication network for Bloomberg customers only.
All communications conducted on Bloomberg Mail and Instance are subject to SEC Rule 17a-4, NASD Rule 2210(b) and NASD Rule 3310 and are required to be cataloged, monitored, reviewed and retained on tamper-proof storage.
Simplicato's iMessage Archive service enables organization to automatically catalog, index, filter, monitor, review and retain Bloomberg Mail and Instance. Bloomberg messages are serialized and time stamped in Simplciato archiving system. Organization can search, filter, monitor, review and comment on Bloomberg Email. As any other iMessage Archiver activities, user actions are tracked in the audit trail to be available later for auditors review.
